When I initially put on the bra, it fit just like the photos and I loved everything about it - easy to get on/off, no uni-boob, elastic at the bottom held it in place, and V cuts on either side made it easy to wear with nearly any outfit. It was my instant favourite. By the end of the work day, however, elastic twisted (it’s not sewn in), which made it no longer sit flat on my skin like in the pictures. The elastic part of the bra rode up to be tucked under my breasts instead. I had to take it off to try to smooth out the elastic again. I think if the elastic was sewn in and maybe a bit thicker width then the bra would stay in place. I’m a larger bust (38I, bought a 2X), if helpful.
Uh oh.. I may have found a new favourite free label bra.
I never thought I’d be into a bra as much as I’m into Becky, but then my Ellie arrived! With the short line, the band doesn’t roll. The compression is a really good amount. I’d say it’s closer to the level of compression that the Andie has.
As my partner says "you need to put the review out there to let your big breastfed, sloped shoulder sisters know that this is the bra for them" LOL but seriously though, as someone who has broken up with underwire 4 years ago (thanks to Free Label) this bra is superb. I have had issues with other types (sonny and the movement bra) sliding off my round shoulders so was worried about this one but it is PERFECT. Not a single moment of uncomfortably adjusting the straps with this lovely bra. 10/10. I also love the bewb separation thanks to the touching and the thinner band is also a game changer.
This is the first style after the Becky that I am in LOVE with! I did size down so the fit would be more snug.
